Provides indemnity to the Insured for all claims of professional negligence up to the aggregate limit of Indemnity against all loss to the insured occurring arising from any claim or claims made against the Insured during the period of Insurance.

Also covered are costs and expenses incurred in the defense or settlement of any claim.
